You have three options for your building project: metal structures, wood structures or prefab structures. All of our buildings can be customized to your specifications. Even our portable buildings can be customized and built on site if delivery is not an option for you. We also offer concrete, electrical packages and insulation. Metal Framed Buildings
Metal buildings have such a vast appeal becuase of their low matinence and quick installation. Texwin Metal Buildings are made with Heavy Duty 14-15 gauge galvanized steel which measures 2 ½” x 2 ½” or you can up-grade to Super Duty which is 12-13 gauge and measures 2 ¼” x 2 ¼”. The sheet metal used is 29-GA with a premium paint, but you can also purchase our 26-GA sheet metal for a slight upcharge. The spacing between the frame legs and the bows is generally 4 or 5 feet on center. With 26’ wide structures, or wider, all are spaced at 4’ centers unless the customer has a specific size in mind.
Wood Framed Buildings
Also known as Pole Barns! Built with all-wood framing and covered with galvanized steel siding, these structures offer reliable protection from the elements. Pole Barn post construction was invented by farmers who needed to build quality shelters fast to house their livestock and equipment. Post framed buildings are very sturdy and stable. We use 5x5 treated posts and set them in concrete spaced 8'-10' apart. This allows the lateral weight load to transfer directly into the ground. Today these structures are a popular choice for Barns, Barndo Shells, Garages and everything in between!
Portable Buildings *Limited Area
Buildings that aren't limited to having a permanent location. These buildings are designed and built with mobility in mind. Our portable buildings have gained popularity because of their versatility and affordability. Our portable buildings are also customizable with a wide variety of options to choose from. From a modest 6'x8' shed to park your lawn mower in or a spacious 16'x40' Deluxe Farmhouse to call "Home"! We have a building that will meet your needs.
